Ginflex is really good, after Ginflex, I can actually squat and stay longer while squatting doing some task that require me to squat..example, scrubbing floor, seated in the floor for a long time while folding clothes, and other task.:: no knee pain and I can easily stand up after that..this is my supplement every morning..

I took almost 10 days now, no pain as I walked faster.

I've took for more than 10days, I think is better now, without any pain when I walk fast.

My mum has been having trouble with her knees for quite a while and it has worsened recently. She has been taking some painkillers but it didn't quite help with her walking. Until she started taking Ginflex, she told me that she found some relief and is able to move with abit more mobility than previously and has continued to take it daily on her own without me having to tell her to do so anymore.

After the 10th day with once daily, i realized my stage 4 damage right knee cap doesnt feel pain when walking and it doesnt have that morning stiffness too.

So far taken 1 box, knee is feeling much better, lesser pain.

It has just been slightly over a week of consuming Ginflex but I can already vouch for its effectiveness! I am utterly impressed with this as most other supplements would require minimally 4-6 weeks before I can notice any difference.
I feel less stiff (which would otherwise sometimes result in pain) in my joints, especially in my legs. Hope to continue experiencing improvement as I take this!
